HANYS developed Mosaic, the Project newsletter, to provide information as the project moves forward and to highlight the best practices within the demonstration sites. Its title, Mosaic, is indicative of the many pieces of cancer care which make up the picture of treatment. Mosaic is designed to be both informative and useful to hospitals for planning, health care management and women's health in general. In addition to HANYS member hospitals, Mosaic is sent to New York State legislators, the New York State Department of Health Healthy Women Partnerships, and many affiliated organizations and individuals.
