This Resource Kit consists of templates that can be adapted and modified by hospitals for use, and sample resource items, publications, and media resources that may be obtained by hospitals to complement the tools within this kit. Many of the items in this Resource Kit are available for downloading. - Introduction-Provides an overview of the Resource Kit.
