CareLearning.com is the answer to Internet-based educational needs

The Healthcare Association of New York State (HANYS) along with 42 other state hospital associations and the American Hospital Association are offering an Internet based learning solution to members’ educational needs. CareLearning will help to ease the responsibilities of developing curricula, finding classes, and scheduling employees by offering courses in nursing, patient care, regulatory compliance, business management, skills development, risk management and materials management.

CareLearning is a convenient and cost effective way to provide mandatory and optional education to your staff through the Health and Safety Compliance Series. This series of 13 programs include courses on Disaster Preparedness, Fire Safety (R.A.C.E.), Hazardous Communications Plan, Abuse and Neglect and more.

CareLearning also provides member hospitals with an Administrative Management System. This system will document and verify learner competencies of employees to ensure up-to-date certification and licensing. It also features a variety of tracking and employee communication tools and the ability to bulk enroll employees using your existing database. The Administrative Management System makes the record keeping for employee education a more accurate and manageable task.
