HANYS Holds “Proud To Provide” Annual Membership Conference

ALBANY, N.Y. — The Healthcare Association of New York State (HANYS) will hold its annual membership conference October 15-17 at The Sagamore on Lake George in Bolton Landing. This year’s meeting, Proud to Provide, focuses on pressing health care issues such as reforming the health care system and addressing the health care workforce shortage.

Members of the media are invited to the conference on Thursday, October 16 to cover conference sessions and the HANYS Annual Awards Dinner, where HANYS will present its Distinguished Service Award, Pinnacle Award for Quality Improvement, and Community Health Improvement Award. The October 16 conference sessions are:

Excellence in Workforce: The Leadership Perspective, 8:00 a.m., presented by Tyler Norris, President and Chief Executive Officer of Community Initiatives, LLC.

Keynote Address, 9:00 a.m., delivered by American Hospital Association President Dick Davidson.
