Please plan to join us for HANYS’ 47^th Annual Membership Conference at The Sagamore in Bolton Landing. This year’s program will provide you with best practices, tools, and resources to navigate through the changing dynamics of healthcare reform.

Senior state officials will provide updates on state initiatives (DSRIP, SHIP, etc.); national experts will discuss best practices for managing risk and using information technology to improve clinical decision-making and patient experience.

The pre-conference American College of Health Care Executives Category I credit session will be held Wednesday afternoon, June 24.

Registration Deadline and Cancellation

The registration deadline for the Conference is June 18.

Registrations cancelled after June 18 are subject to a $50 administrative charge. Registration fees for those canceling on the day of the program or failing to attend are forfeited. Substitutions are permitted and encouraged, but should be indicated either before or at the Conference.

When making your reservations at The Sagamore, please refer to Group Code: HANYS0615. The deadline for booking your reservation at the conference rate is May 25.

Please note the Sagamore's reservation/cancellation policy: A credit card is required to confirm your reservation. A non-refundable $35 processing fee will be charged at time of booking. The balance of your stay will be charged to this card 14 days prior to your arrival date. Should you cancel this reservation more than 14 days prior to arrival, the $35 processing fee will be forfeited. If the cancellation is made 14 days or less from arrival, the total amount will be forfeited. In the event you do not arrive on the above arrival date your reservation will be cancelled and the amount collected will be forfeited at that time.
