Hotel Reservations
A limited block of rooms has been reserved for the night of May 18 at a discounted rate of $105.40 at The Garden Place Hotel, 6615 Transit Road, Williamsville, NY. Please call 1-877-456-6036to make your reservations.
When making your hotel room reservations, please refer to Group Account number: 2129395 for Western New York Healthcare Association. The deadline for booking your reservation at the discounted rate is May 14. Guests are responsible for all charges. The special rate applies to either a room with two queen beds or a single, king bed Jacuzzi suite. Breakfast at the hotel is included with the room rate on the morning of May 19th.
Please note the Garden Palace Hotel's cancellation policy: Please cancel any group room reservations by 4 PM local hotel time, 1 day prior to arrival to avoid a cancellation penalty.
