County Health Rankings

HANYS and Greater New York Hospital Association (GNYHA) are partnering with the New York State Department of Health and the New York State Association of County Health Officials to host this webinar on the 2015 County Health Rankings recently released by the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation and the University of Wisconsin Population Health Institute (UWPHI).
Hospitals and county health department staff will hear how the health of their counties compares with others across the state and learn what factors impact that ranking.
Presenter Stephanie Johnson, M.S.S.W., Associate Researcher at UWPHI, will also explore how hospitals and their partners can use the rankings and other tools to assess their communities' health, inform future strategies, and strengthen collaboration to drive better health.
