The annual education workshop for Continuous Service Readiness (CSR) program participants will be held November 5 and 6 at HANYS’ offices in Rensselaer.

Up to three staff from each member organization may attend. Please register each individually online.

Continuing Education Credits

Application has been made to the following organizations for continuing education credit:

JOINT ACCREDITATION (ACCME, ANCC, ACPE):

“The Joint Commission is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME), the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education (ACPE), and the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) to provide continuing education for the healthcare team.”

ACHE:
Joint Commission Resources is authorized to award the listed hours of pre-approved ACHE Qualified Education credit for this program toward advancement, or recertification in the American College of Healthcare Executives. Participants in this program wishing to have the continuing education hours applied toward ACHE Qualified Education credit should indicate their attendance when submitting application to the American College of Healthcare Executives for advancement or recertification.

CPHQ and IACET:

This program also been applied for CPHQ and IACET credit.

Continuing education credits will be provided upon satisfying the requirements for successful completion of this continuing nursing education program activity by attending educational sessions and completing the evaluation within 14 days.

Joint Commission Resources designates this continuing education activity eligible for 9.75 contact hours.

Registration/Cancellations

The first three registrations from each CSR-participating hospital are free. Each additional registration is $295 per person. Please call Judith Elad at (518) 431-7867 to arrange for registration and credit card payment for more than three registrants.

The registration deadline is October 30. Cancellations less a 25% cancellation fee will be accepted until October 30. Cancellations after that time are not eligible for a refund. Substitutions are always encouraged even at the last minute.
