Collaborative Drug Therapy Management Program Session 2: Getting Started

Registration for this event is open to HANYS Members only. Registration will be done directly through Webex.

HANYS will host a two-part series on how to implement collaborative drug therapy management (CDTM) programs, which are voluntary programs that permit physicians and pharmacists to enter into agreements to proactively monitor patients’ drug therapy regimens.

HANYS encourages members to participate in these webinars to learn from key experts across the state on how to implement a CDTM program.


Details for Session 2: Getting Started
Participants of this session will learn how to get started implementing a CDTM program, including lessons learned from the pilot program.
