Culture of Accountability Champion Certification Course - Greenvale

Outcome Engenuity will provide three-day Just Culture Certification Courses March 7-9 in Nyack and May 18-20 in Greenvale.
Formerly known as The Just Culture Champion Certification Training, this course is designed to help organizations achieve better outcomes, pursue sustainable and positive culture change through learning and justice, and to reduce adverse events. The course is conducted in three phases: an online section, the in-person training, and a proficiency exam.
By completing the program, participants will learn to:
- improve the systems you build around your employees;
- manage at-risk behavioral choices of your employees;
- create a more open reporting culture; and
- build an open, fair, and just culture using The Just Culture Algorithm.™
