CON Reform Update, with HANYS, GNYHA, and DOH

Join HANYS, GNYHA, and Department of Health (DOH) representatives for this webinar on recent progress in streamlining and reforming the Certificate of Need (CON) process.
?Recent successes include simplifying the process for self-certification, including an updated attestation form and checklist, and reducing the number of contingencies assigned to projects that delay the start of construction. DOH has also agreed to raise the thresholds that trigger different levels of review.
