Hospitals, health systems and their community partners are making plans to complete their 2016 CSP and HANYS continues to support those efforts. During this webinar, the New York State Department of Health (DOH) will review its guidance for completing the 2016 Community Service Plan (CSP). DOH will also discuss the process for submitting the CSP, due on December 30.
