JOINT ACCREDITATION (ACCME, ANCC, ACPE):

“The Joint Commission is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME), the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education (ACPE), and the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) to provide continuing education for the healthcare team.”

ACHE:
Joint Commission Resources is authorized to award the listed hours of pre-approved ACHE Qualified Education credit for this program toward advancement, or recertification in the American College of Healthcare Executives. Participants in this program wishing to have the continuing education hours applied toward ACHE Qualified Education credit should indicate their attendance when submitting application to the American College of Healthcare Executives for advancement or recertification.

Registration Information:

The first three registrations from each CSR-participating hospital are free as part of your subscription. Each additional registration is $295 per person. Please call Judith Elad at (518) 431-7867 to arrange for registration and credit card payment for more than three registrations.

All registrations for this Conference must be done online. To save time and ensure a smooth process during registration, please have the following information ready before you begin:

• Credit card information to process payment

Cancellations

The registration deadline is October 26. Registrations canceled after October 26 are subject to a $50 adminstrative charge. Cancellations after that time are not eligible for a refund. Substitutions are always encouraged even at the last minute.
