This conference is for HANYS Members only.

Registration Information

All registrations for this Conference are to be done online. To save time and ensure a smooth process during registration, please have the following information ready before you begin:

• Registrant's e-mail address;
• Registrant's HANYS password;
• Guest name (if registrant is bringing a guest), and if the guest will participate in Guest Event (boat ride on The Morgan);
• Registrant's NAB number, and ACHE number, to obtain continuing education credits;
• If the registrant will be attending the ACHE Keynote Luncheon on Wednesday. (R.S.V.P required - see agenda for more details.);
• If the registrant will be playing golf (If yes, the names of individuals to be on their team-optional);
• If the registrant will attend the ACHE Session on Friday (to receive ACHE continuing education credits); and
• Credit card information to process payment.

Registration Deadline and Cancellation

The registration deadline for the Conference is June 16.

Registrations cancelled after June 14 are subject to a $50 administrative charge. Registration fees for those canceling on the day of the program or failing to attend are forfeited. Substitutions are permitted and encouraged, but should be indicated either before or at the Conference.

Hotel Reservations

Please go to The Sagamore’s online reservation Web site to make your hotel accommodations. Refer to group number 51J2TH to receive the conference room rate. The deadline to use HANYS' room block rate is May 28.

Please note the Sagamore's reservation/cancellation policy. A credit card is required to confirm each reservation. A non-refundable $35.00 processing fee will be charged at time of booking. The balance of the stay will be charged 14 days prior to arrival date. Should the reservation be canceled more than 14 days prior to arrival the $35.00 processing fee will be forfeited. If the cancellation is made 14 days or less from arrival, the total amount will be forfeited. In the event you do not arrive on scheduled arrival date, your reservation will be canceled and the amount collected will be forfeited.
