Community Health: DOH ’s Review of the 2009 CSPs and County Health Assessments

HANYS is collaborating with the New York State Department of Health (DOH) to host this Webconference, providing hospital members with feedback on the 2009 Community Service Plan (CSP) submissions. The focus will be on the DOH’s findings from its review of the 2009 CSPs and County Health Assessments (CHAs) and will provide hospitals with details for the 2010 CSP submission.
