Four different generations are currently working in today’s work force and this program will describe each of them and identify influences, characteristics, values, beliefs, and motivational triggers for each of them. Lon Kieffer, R.N., B.S.N., M.B.S., N.H.A., will provide realistic examples of how to use this information to make for a more effective workplace by adopting workplace culture change concepts with proven results.

Registration Deadline is 04/12/2010. Cancellations less a $25.00 cancellation fee will be accepted until 04/12/2010. Cancellations after that time are not eligible for a refund. Substitutions are always encouraged even at the last minute.
