New York State Gold STAMP Pressure Ulcer Improvement Initiative

This audioconference will introduce participants to the New York State Gold STAMP (Success Through Assessment, Management, and Prevention) pressure ulcer improvement initiative. This statewide, cross-setting, quality improvement initiative will provide organizations a self-assessment tool and resources to evaluate their systems approaches.
Gold STAMP Partners: Continuing Care Leadership Coalition, Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services Region II, Empire State Association of Assisted Living, Greater New York Hospital Association, Greater New York Health Care Facilities Association, Home Care Association of New York State, Hospice and Palliative Care Association of New York State, IPRO, Krasnoff Quality Management Institute-a division of North Shore-Long Island Jewish Health System, New York State Association of Counties, New York State Department of Health, New York Association of Homes and Services for the Aging, New York State Healthcare Facilities Association, and New York State Association of Health Care Providers.
