Solutions for Improving HCAHPS Performance Series
February 15, March 15, and April 12, 2011
All programs will be from 10 to 11 a.m.
This program is for HANYS' members only.
Press Ganey will provide a three-part Webconference series focused on improving HCAHPS scores by identifying underlying causes of patient dissatisfaction, areas of improvement, implementation strategies, and best practices for improvement.
The dates for the programs are February 15, March 15, and April 12.
