This session will explore the resources on ACHE’s Web site and its new chat feature, explain how to take advantage of ACHE’s social media efforts, and discuss ACHE’s publishing operation, Health Administration Press.
1:30 - 4:30 p.m. - ACHE Category I Educational Program - Managing Change: Thriving in the 21st Century

Note: This session is also eligible for National Association of State Boards of Accountancy (NASBA) and Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) credits.
This session will explain major health care changes and trends, and help participants become more effective managers of change, whether on an individual, departmental, or organizational level. Session participants will learn how to:
- apply a model for efficiently and effectively planning, managing and implementing change;
- overcome individual and organizational resistance to change;
- identify the major changes and trends in health care;
- achieve buy-in from employees to support change; and
- think more imaginatively when planning for change.

All registrations for this Conference are to be done online. To save time and ensure a smooth process during registration, please have the following information ready before you begin:
- Registrant's e-mail address;
- Registrant's HANYS password;
- Guest name (if registrant is bringing a guest);
- Registrant's NAB number, and ACHE number, to obtain continuing education credits;
- If the registrant will be attending the Awards Luncheon on Thursday, and/or the ACHE Keynote Luncheon on Friday (R.S.V.P required);
- If the registrant will attend the ACHE Session on Friday (to receive ACHE continuing education credits); and
- Credit card information to process payment.

Golf
HANYS is not organizing a golf outing this year. However, a discounted golf rate of $115 has been obtained for registrants for June 22, the day before the conference starts. Tee-off time must be before 2 p.m.
You must contact the Pro Shop directly at (518) 743-6380 to reserve your spot.
Registration Deadline and Cancellation
The registration deadline for the Conference is June 10.
Registrations cancelled after June 10 are subject to a $50 administrative charge. Registration fees for those canceling on the day of the program or failing to attend are forfeited. Substitutions are permitted and encouraged, but should be indicated either before or at the Conference.

Please note the Sagamore's reservation/cancellation policy. A credit card is required to confirm each reservation. A non-refundable $35.00 processing fee will be charged at time of booking. The balance of the stay will be charged 14 days prior to arrival date. Should the reservation be canceled more than 14 days prior to arrival the $35.00 processing fee will be forfeited. If the cancellation is made 14 days or less from arrival, the total amount will be forfeited. In the event you do not arrive on scheduled arrival date, your reservation will be canceled and the amount collected will be forfeited.
