Inspiring Exceptional Performance: Taking Initiative - 2012 Journey to Leadership Success Series

This year, HANYS will continue The Journey to Leadership Success Series of bi-monthly workforce educational programs. Similar to last year, the programs will focus on the leader’s role in employee development. The first program of the year is scheduled for Thursday, February 16 on Maximizing Employee Motivation.

Do your health care employees feel overworked and underappreciated at a time when you need them to be doing more with less — and faster to boot? During this session participants will learn strategies for getting employees more excited about their work, taking initiative, and being more proactive and innovative in the workplace today.

Continuing Education Credits

The Healthcare Educational and Research Fund (HERF) is authorized to award 1.5 hours of Certified Public Health (CPH) continuing education credits to participants of the program.

This program has been submitted to the Human Resource Certification Institute for continuing education credit.
