Shed or You’re Dead®: How to Stay Alive & Thrive in the Midst of Turbulent Healthcare Change - 2012 Journey to Leadership Success Series
October 18, 2012
10 - 11:30 a.m.
This program is for HANYS' members only.
This year, HANYS will continue The Journey to Leadership Success Series of bi-monthly workforce educational programs. Similar to last year, the programs will focus on the leader’s role in employee development. The first program of the year is scheduled for Thursday, October 18th on Maximizing Employee Motivation.
Millions of dollars and thousands of hours are lost each year due to the inability to get employees to move forward with healthcare changes. Why do 75% of all change efforts fail? Largely because people feel left out of the process and lack the skills, knowledge, and motivation to adapt to the organization’s new systems, processes and procedures. In this session participants will learn what healthcare organizations can do to equip their people to SHED faster and quicker and become the ones that survive and thrive!
