Leadership today means helping people reclaim and apply their courage so they continue to step up to enhance the organization’s foundation. In this session, participants will learn to recognize situations that require courageous leadership such as permission to be courageous, confronting uncomfortable truths, speaking without ambiguity, transcending rejection, and finding new solutions during times of uncertainty by embracing your everyday courage.
