It’s time for our 2012 A²IRNet meeting. On behalf of theA²IRNet Board we’d like to extend an invitation for you to attend this information-packed event. Considering all that is happening in health care today, this annual meeting is a must-attend event for all state and regional hospital association information and research leaders across the country. Attendees rate this meeting as an excellent opportunity to:

• network with peers
• learn about how other associations are achieving successes in supporting their members
• hear first-hand from association and industry leaders of issues and challenges that may be coming their way
• share their accomplishments and challenges

Lodging

Club Quarters Midtown Manhattan
Midtown 40 West 45th Street (Between Fifth and Sixth Avenues).

Located just off Fifth Avenue, Club Quarters Midtown is within walking distance of Grand Central Station, Times Square, the Theatre District and the Garment District. A block of rooms has been reserved for A²IRNet participants at the special rate of $256 per night. Transportation

From JFK Airport:

• Taxi: Approximately 16.5 miles/ 28 mins/ $49
• Super Shuttle: $19 each way
• Car: Exit the airport heading north on the Van Wyck Expressway. Take the Long Island Expressway west. Take the Midtown Tunnel. Then follow directions from above starting with Upon exiting the tunnel, follow signs towards "Uptown" (heading west). Head west to Madison Ave. Make a right onto Madison Ave. Take to 45th Street and turn left. Go through 1st light (5th Ave). Club Quarters will be 1/2 of the way down on your left. Look for a blue awning with the Club Quarters' logo in gold.

From LaGuardia Airport:

• Taxi: Approximately 9 miles/ 18 min/ $32
• Super Shuttle: $15 each way
• Car: Exit the airport heading east on the Grand Central Parkway. Take Parkway to the Long Island Expressway- head west. Take the LIE to the Midtown Tunnel. Upon exiting the tunnel, follow signs towards "Uptown" (heading west). Head west to Madison Ave. Make a right onto Madison Ave. Take to 45th Street and turn left. Go through 1st light (5th Ave). Club Quarters will be 1/2 of the way down on your left. Look for a blue awning with the Club Quarters' logo in gold.

Registration

The 2012 meeting registration fee is $495.00 if received by March 23, 2012 ($545.00 for late registrations) and includes Sunday evening reception sponsored by the Hospital Industry Data Institute and DataGen; Monday breakfast, lunch and dinner*; Tuesday breakfast and lunch; Wednesday breakfast; and breaks throughout.

*Your guests are welcome to join you for the Sunday evening reception at no charge, and for dinner at Carmine’s on Monday evening for an additional $80.00 fee.

The deadline to register for this conference is April 18. Cancellations will be refunded, less a $25 nonrefundable processing fee, if written notice of cancellation is received by Friday, March 30^. No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after March 30.
