This program is for HANYS' members only.

HANYS will host HRET during a 90 minute conference call to introduce the curriculum and help interested members who may want to participate in HCAHPS Patient Safety Learning Network and the How Can you Always Help Patients (and Providers) Succeed? program. It will include an overview of the curriculum, a brief presentation addressing why HCAHPS matters to hospitals, and offer guidance on how to prepare for the HCAHPS workshop. Member on the call will walk through the instructions and rationale for their preparation exercise, an HCAHPS self-assessment that involves compiling information about current HCAHPS goals and objectives, quality improvement activities, and reporting methods.
