Spring Regional User Group Sessions (RUGS) - Rochester

The 2012 HANYS Spring RUGS will be held at multiple sites. Please check HANYS' events page for the nearest location. Registration will begin at 8 a.m. Sessions will begin promptly at 8:30 a.m., and end at 3 p.m. A continental breakfast and lunch will be provided. The agenda will be posted on HANYS’ Press Ganey Web page after April 1.

Press Ganey QI Project®
Continuing Education Credits
Following completion of an on-line evaluation, Press Ganey QI Project® will award continuing education credits for attendees who sign the attendance sheet and complete the evaluation form on the Data Center within the specified timeframe following the meeting.
