Press Ganey Regional User Group Sessions (RUGS) - Rensselaer

This session of the 2013 HANYS SPRING RUGS will be held at:

One Empire Drive
Rensselaer
Sign-in will begin at 8 a.m. Session will begin promptly at 8:30 a.m., and end at 3 p.m. A continental breakfast and lunch will be provided. The agenda will be posted on HANYS’ QI Project Web page after May 3.
Registration
Registration for the 2013 Spring RUGs is mandatory and must be completed online prior to each session. After completing the registration process, registrants will receive a confirmation number as well as an e-mail confirming that their registration was successfully completed.

Press Ganey QI Project®
Continuing Education Credits
Following completion of an online evaluation, Press Ganey QI Project® will award continuing education credits for attendees who sign the attendance sheet and complete the evaluation form on the Data Center within the specified timeframe following the meeting.
Materials
Participants will receive a copy of the PowerPoint presentation at the sessions.
