On May 21, HANYS will hold an Understanding the IRS Proposed Rule Requirements for Hospitals to Conduct a Community Health Needs Assessment (CHNA) Webconference. The Internal Revenue Service proposed rule will require hospitals to conduct a CHNA every three years; failure to comply can result in a $50,000 excise tax.
