Full-Day HCAHPS Workshop

Hospitals are invited to attend a full-day workshop that will assist in implementing new strategies to improve the patient experience and Hospital Consumer Assessment of Healthcare Providers and Systems (HCAHPS) performance. The workshop will be led by Carrie Brady, J.D., M.A., a nationally recognized expert in the HCAHPS field.

During the full-day workshop, expert faculty will focus on specific strategies that can be used to improve the patient experience in each HCAHPS category through a combination of presentations and interactive exercises.

HCAHPS curriculum will help organizations achieve new levels of performance on HCAHPS, while creating a better experience for patients, families, and staff. A block of rooms is reserved for this workshop at the Hilton Doubletree Hotel. When calling to make a reservation, please mention “HANYS” to receive the event room rate.

Hospitals that choose to participate are asked to complete a self-assessment HCAHPS to help indentify priority areas on which to focus, and must complete and submit the link for your self- assessment that is due by July 2.
