Journey To Leadership Success Series - Making Decisions That Work in an Era of Change

This Webinar will focus on bringing together divergent views and getting “buy-in” for difficult decisions in an era of change. It will address:

  • a structured decision making process;
  • decision criteria and parameters;
  • building buy-in and consensus; and
  • working with diverse communication and work styles when making and promoting decisions.

Alan Krieger, a highly regarded international trainer and consultant, will discuss real-life examples of decisions you may be faced with, and will explain how to apply the techniques learned in the Webinar to empower you with tools you can use immediately.
