Registration Deadline/Cancellation

The registration deadline is May 30. Substitutions are encouraged, even at the last minute. Cancellation up until May 30 will receive 100% refund. After May 30 cancellations will be refunded, less a $50 administrative fee. Cancellations after June 4 will not be refunded.

Continuing Education Credits

This program has been pre-approved for 7.5 HRCI hours of continuing education credits.

Lodging

A block of rooms has been reserved at the Gideon Putnam Hotel for the night of June 5. In order to receive the group discount, you must make your reservations by May 5. Please call the hotel at (866) 746-1077 and refer to Group Code 9N59XP if you need to make hotel reservations.
