This one-day course is specifically designed for Executive Leadership within hospitals and health systems of New York State, including Chief Medical Officers, Chief Nursing Officers, Patient Safety Officers and Board Quality Leaders.

The course is designed to introduce the relationship between workplace justice and patient safety outcomes. The course will introduce the idea of a “Just Culture” – a movement to hold employees accountable in a more meaningful, safety supportive manner.
