Leading the Way Toward High Reliability in Healthcare
June 1, 2015
New York Academy of Medicine
HANYS presents Leading the Way Toward High Reliability in Healthcare, a special full-day conference for hospital leadership. The conference, which builds upon prior HANYS’ high reliability programming, features national experts who will discuss how high reliability can drive performance across the organization, the critical role of leadership, patient perspectives, and practical implementation strategies.
Applying the tools of high reliability can help healthcare organizations improve patient safety and stay competitive by creating a culture that enables organizations to reliably and effectively deliver high-quality, safe, and efficient healthcare. Organizations that have implemented high reliability have experienced improvements in key clinical and operational areas.
