HANYS will hold this webinar with the Office of Mental Health (OMH) to discuss the recently released final rule for telepsychiatry services. Keith McCarthy, Director, Bureau of Inspection and Certification, OMH, will present.
The regulations apply to providers licensed under Article 31 of the Mental Hygiene Law. The Department of Health (DOH) is promulgating separate regulations to implement the provisions of recent statutory changes to Public Health Law regarding Medicaid payment for telehealth/telemedicine within the Article 28 setting.
