Successful Conflict Resolution

Conflicts disrupt the workplace, put organizations at risk, put staff under more stress, and eat up a lot of managers’ time. Disagreements are inevitable but when managed well they can be helpful and productive. Many organizations do not know how to approach disagreements or conflicts constructively. This program, presented by Alan Krieger, President of Krieger Solutions, LLC, will present a proactive approach that will prevent many workplace conflicts from arising, and help leaders quickly resolve most of those that do erupt.
