Kaiser Permanente has achieved significant success in improving sepsis outcomes by targeting intermediate sepsis patients - patients that have not yet fallen into septic shock. Join us for this program, which will focus on Kaiser's strategy for improving care for these patients and lessons learned for successful implementation.
