Sepsis Office Hours with the New York State Department of Health and the Surviving Sepsis Campaign

September 5, 2014

This Webinar is for HANYS' Members Only.

10 - 11 a.m.

New York State hospitals are required to complete the first round of data reporting for severe sepsis and septic shock on August 31. The second data submission, which will include third quarter 2014 data (July - September) will be reported later this fall.

Hospitals are invited to participate in a special Office Hours program on September 5 to pose questions to clinical experts and hear lessons learned from the first round of data reporting for severe sepsis and septic shock.

To help us prepare for the program, HANYS requests that questions be submitted in advance.

Additional Resources Available

HANYS’ Statewide Sepsis Learning Network has additional resources including ongoing education programs and a data collection worksheet that will convert the spreadsheet to the appropriate submission format. HANYS has also established a mailbox for requests for technical assistance related to data collection and encourages members to continue submitting questions. HANYS is planning additional tools and resources to assist members.
