New York State Hospital IHI Quality Improvement Achievements Campaign Success Stories

This Web page provides access to New York State hospital success stories, implementing the  Institute for Healthcare Improvement (IHI) 100,000 Lives Campaign.  There are significant “gems” of wisdom and innovation in the work being done.  The opportunity for professional sharing helps providers to continuously improve ideas and techniques necessary for sustainable achievement.
