Joan Conboy, a trustee at Little Falls Hospital and member of the Healthcare Trustees of New York State Board of Governors, was honored last week for her contributions to the Mohawk Valley’s health care system. Ms. Conboy was elected to the Health Care Hall of Distinction during the 2010 Regional Healthcare Recognition luncheon. The luncheon was hosted by the Genesis Group and the County Medical Society, which serves six counties in the region. In addition to her work in her region, Ms. Conboy has been very active on the state and national levels, including her current role on the State Hospital Review and Planning Council, serving on HANYS’ Board of Trustees, and serving as a delegate to the American Hospital Association.
