Bipartisan letter calls on CMS to boost hospital payment rates

At the request of HANYS and our federal advocacy partners, 12 members of the New York delegation joined a bipartisan letter to CMS urging the agency to adjust inadequate payment updates proposed in the FFY 2024 Medicare Inpatient Prospective Payment System rule. HANYS will continue to advocate for this critical adjustment.
