Prevention Agenda Webinar on DOH 2014 Community Service Plan Findings

Join HANYS and the Department of Health (DOH) for this webinar to learn about the high-level Prevention Agenda progress report that allows hospitals to compare their experiences with the state aggregate. DOH will share information and insight derived from its review of the one-year update of Community Service Plans (CSPs) submitted by hospitals in December 2014. Information will include areas where hospitals are finding success and challenges in implementing interventions.
