ACHE:
Joint Commission Resources is authorized to award the listed hours of pre-approved ACHE Qualified Education credit for this program toward advancement, or recertification in the American College of Healthcare Executives. Participants in this program wishing to have the continuing education hours applied toward ACHE Qualified Education credit should indicate their attendance when submitting application to the American College of Healthcare Executives for advancement or recertification.

Registration Information:
Hospitals that subscribe to the CSR program may send up to three individuals at no charge. Additional participants may attend for $295 each and non-subscribers may attend for $350 each. Please register each individually online.

All registrations for this Conference must be done online. To save time and ensure a smooth process during registration, please have the following information ready before you begin:

Cancellations
The registration deadline is October 27. Registrations canceled after October 27 are subject to a $50 administrative charge. Cancellations after that time are not eligible for a refund. Substitutions are always encouraged even at the last minute.
