HANYS is pleased to announce the launch of Committed to Excellence: HANYS’ Statewide High-Reliability Collaborative, which will provide hospitals with the opportunity to join together and learn from each other as they embark on the journey toward high reliability.

This webinar will provide an overview of HANYS’ Collaborative, as well as a presentation from Virginia Commonwealth University Health—a national leader in high reliability—about the important role of leadership in successfully implementing high reliability.

• John Duval, Senior Scholar, Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education, and former Chief Executive Officer, Virginia Commonwealth University Hospitals and Clinics; and
• Dale Harvey, M.S., R.N., Director, Performance Improvement and Patient Safety, VCU Health
