HANYS and Press Ganey are offering a comprehensive training program geared toward intermediate and advanced participants in high reliability programs.
Hospitals have asked for concrete assistance to advance their implementation work. The experts at Health Performance Improvement (HPI)/Press Ganey have developed an advanced program to accomplish this goal.
