Continuous Service Readiness (CSR) Workshop

October 31-November 1, 2019

This year’s annual program will include a discussion of some new and challenging TJC Environment of Care and Life Safety Code and Infection Control issues, current and new quality-related legislation and regulatory requirements affecting hospitals in New York state, the Robust Process Improvement skill sets necessary to achieve zero harm and CMS issues.

  • October 31 from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
  • November 1 from 8:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.

Registration Information:
Hospitals that subscribe to the CSR program may send up to three individuals at no charge. Additional participants may attend for $295 each and non-subscribers may attend for $350 each. Please register each individually online.

All registrations for this Conference must be done online. To save time and ensure a smooth process during registration, please have the following information ready before you begin:

Cancellations
The registration deadline is October 24. Registrations canceled after October 24 are subject to a $50 administrative charge. Cancellations after that time are not eligible for a refund. Substitutions are always encouraged even at the last minute.

Hotel Room Cancellations
Sleeping rooms must be guaranteed by a major credit card and first night’s deposit. For guaranteed no-shows, you will be charged for one night’s rental and subsequent nights’ reservation will be cancelled. Reservations may be cancelled up to 72 hours prior to arrival. After this time your deposit will not be refunded.

Tax-exempt Status for Lodging
According to New York State Tax Law, to be exempt from paying sales tax, guests are required to submit a tax-exempt form and auxiliary or hospital check. Individuals paying with a personal check or personal credit card cannot be tax-exempt.

Joint Commission Resources is accredited as a provider of continuing nursing education by the American Nurses Credentialing Center Commission on Accreditation.

Joint Commission Resources is authorized to award the listed contact hours of pre-approved ACHE Qualified Education credit for this program toward advancement or recertification in the American College of Healthcare Executives. Participants in this program wishing to have the continuing education hours applied toward ACHE Qualified Education credit should indicate their attendance when submitting application to the American College of Healthcare Executives for advancement or recertification.

This program has also been approved for IACET credit and CJCP credit.

You must attend 90% of the conference to achieve continuing education credit.
