Understanding the Major Points of Failure Using a Risk-Based Trajectory Model

The Hospital Innovation and Lean Network of New York (HILNNY) will feature a presentation by David Marx, JD, CEO, Outcome Engenuity, who will share a risk-based trajectory model.
The trajectories model is an adjunct tool to Lean and other performance improvement strategies; it offers a new and innovative approach to identifying the greatest risk for harm and opportunities to improve system design to mitigate those vulnerabilities.
