Antimicrobial Stewardship: SAAR Interpretation and HANYS' New Utilization Reports

The HANYS Antibiotic Stewardship Collaborative will host a two-part webinar "New Date" Dec. 17, from 10 to 11 a.m., to explore the CDC’s Standardized Antimicrobial Administration Ratio and HANYS’ new antimicrobial utilization reports.
Libby Dodds-Ashley, PharmD, Duke Antimicrobial Stewardship Outreach Network, will share how to interpret and use the SAAR, a metric used by the CDC to measure antibiotic stewardship progress. Then, HANYS will provide a short demonstration of our new, dynamic antimicrobial utilization reports.
