HANYS, in partnership with Collective Medical Technologies, developed the HANYS Sepsis Platform, which can transfer provider continuity of care documents, patient encounter and claims data into the required file format and validate the data before submission to DOH.

The HANYS Sepsis Platform Guide provides members with an overview of the data collection process and the security measures used to ensure data safety and integrity.

This demonstration webinar will provide members with an opportunity to learn how data will be retrieved, see how the platform will function and ask questions.

DETAILS:

All-inclusive data capture and file verification service

This custom-built platform will be available to HANYS’ members and non-members and is all-inclusive of data capture and file validation, per the following annual pricing structure:

• Tier 1: $3,500 standard price per member hospital site per year.
• Tier 2: $1,950 discounted price for a member hospital site historically reporting fewer than 50 cases per year.
• Tier 3: $2,750 discounted price for the second and each additional member hospital site within a hospital system per year.
• Tier 4: $5,000 for a non-member hospital site per year.

Purchase of the platform includes start-up support, training, technical support, ongoing enhancements and Data Dictionary revisions.

File validation only service

Members will also have the option for HANYS to validate files created at your institution before submission to DOH to ensure all fields are completed and critical errors are flagged. The annual fee schedule for this stand-alone file verification service is as follows:

• Tier 1: $3,000 standard price per member hospital site per year.
• Tier 2: $1,450 discounted price for a member hospital site historically reporting fewer than 50 cases per year.
• Tier 3: $2,250 discounted price for the second and each additional member hospital site within a hospital system per year.
• Tier 4: $4,500 for a non-member hospital site per year.
