Join HANYS to review key components of the Medicare proposed outpatient payment rule for calendar year 2022.

Key proposed provisions will be discussed, including:

• outpatient rates;
• price transparency noncompliance penalties;
• continuation of the site-neutral payment rate for excepted off-campus;
• provider-based department sites for basic clinic visits;
• continuation of the 340B Drug Pricing Program payment reductions;
• inpatient only list; and
• outpatient quality reporting program changes.

Providers will also have an opportunity to ask questions and provide feedback for our comment letter to CMS.
