Understanding FEMA Public Assistance funding requests for COVID-19

HANYS, in partnership with the Greater New York Hospital Association, will host an educational webinar featuring the New York State Division of Homeland Security and Emergency Services to discuss policies and procedures around Federal Emergency Management Agency Public Assistance funding requests related to the COVID-19 disaster (FEMA DR-4480).

DHSES leadership will provide an overview of recently issued FEMA policies and walk through Federal Funding Accountability and Transparency Act requirements, payments and close-out processes to assist hospitals. Participants will also have an opportunity to as questions.
