Day one is designed for healthcare professionals delivering opioid use disorder prevention, intervention, treatment and recovery services across the continuum of care. This education and networking event will explore innovative opioid use disorder programs and evidence-based strategies, offering resources, tools and best practices.

On day two, NYSDOH and HANYS are sponsoring a free buprenorphine waiver training for clinical providers. Physicians, nurse practitioners, physician assistants and medical residents are welcome and encouraged to attend.

Day One: Sept. 24

Registration is required. A $100 registration fee will cover all program activities and meals for Sept. 24. Registration may be capped due to program logistics; please register early.

Substitutions are permitted and encouraged, including the day of the event. Cancellations should be made in writing to learning@hanys.org. Cancellations received by 5 p.m. Sept. 17 are subject to a $50 administrative charge. Registration fees for cancellations received after 5 p.m. Sept. 17 or for failing to attend will be forfeited.

Day Two: Sept. 25

Physicians, nurse practitioners, physician assistants and medical residents are encouraged to attend this free buprenorphine training. Registration is required. The deadline to register for this program is Sept. 17. Substitutions are permitted and encouraged, including the day of the event.
